1. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND THEIR ACCEPTANCE

4.3 Jurisdiction PROYECTO MARE SAM It is headquartered in the city of Lima, Peru. All legal matters arising from or related to the Site or the Application shall be governed by and subject to Peruvian law. The USER agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Lima Cercado judicial district in any legal proceeding or action.
