Our History

MARE opened its doors in March 2024 with a concept that unites the flavors of the sea with the richness of the Andes. Inspired by the diversity of Peru and the desire to offer a fresh and authentic experience, we began by paying homage to coastal and Andean cuisine.

Over time, and in a constant pursuit of evolution, our culinary offering expanded into new territories: we incorporated ingredients from the jungle, contemporary techniques, and a freer, more creative approach. Thus was born a signature cuisine with its own identity, honoring our roots while exploring new possibilities.

Today, MARE is a place where tradition and modernity meet in every dish. The sea, the mountains, and the jungle converse with respect, imagination, and pride. Each dish is a celebration of who we are: diverse, profound, Peruvian.
