

In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law: 29571), we provide you with the Complaints Book in case you wish to file a complaint or claim regarding the service or product received.
Complaint: Dissatisfaction, discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.
Complaint: Dissatisfaction related to products or services.
To submit your complaint or claim, you must follow these steps:
1. Fill out the following form registering the type of complaint or claim and contact information so that we can contact you.
2. Within the next 48 hours you will receive an email regarding your complaint or claim, which you should save for your later follow-up or reference.
3. In accordance with and in compliance with D.S.011-2011 PCM, the deadline for addressing the complaint or claim is 30 calendar days from its presentation, which may be extended exceptionally according to the complexity of the requirement.
